Shrimp & grits with a smoked corn salsa

Tossed arugula with pomegranate, walnut, craisins and feta. Served with lemon cinnamon dressing

Foraged wild mushroom soup with rosemary and cream cheese

Osso Bucco (braised veal shank) on long grain bell pepper rice with roasted cipollini onion
