Cancellation Policy by Reservation

Harbor Golf Club requires a valid credit card to guarantee a tee time reservation.

If a tee time is not canceled within the specified time limit or the Pro Shop contacted for booking changes outside these timeline limits, a cancellation fee of $25 per golfer will be charged to the card provided at the time of booking.

Up to 8 Golfers: 24-hour cancellation
9 – 15 Golfers: 48-hour cancellation
16+ Golfers: 7-day cancellation

Cancellations can be made via your Chronogolf account up to 24 hours prior to your booking.
Or you can contact the Pro Shop at (306) 854 2300 (Press 1) at any time to adjust your booking.
Changes are at the discretion of the Pro Shop, and any additional costs must be paid at check-in or will be charged to the credit card on file.

Please note that bookings online with Chronogolf where you are selecting the rate “Paying at Course”, you are contracting with Harbor Golf Club in respect of your reservation, and not with Chronogolf.
Chronogolf is facilitating your contract with Harbor Golf Club through use of its booking system.
