2026 Tournament Planner
The Harbor Golf Club opened in 1988 to the public, our 18-hole
championship course is situated on the bluffs overlooking the
scenic Lake Diefenbaker at the Harbour Recreational Site in Elbow,
Saskatchewan. Golfers may find it challenging to keep their eyes on
the ball versus the panoramic view of miles of sandy beaches, the
lake, the sailboats and the remarkable naturalness of our course.
We are located approximately 1 hour 20 minutes from Saskatoon
and Moose Jaw, and 2 hours from Regina, a perfect middle
meeting ground. Our welcoming community is open for business.
Harbor Golf’s commitment to you: provide the greatest experience
with spectacular customer service, a professionally managed golf
course, RV park and Chef inspired meals with full beverage services.
We are pleased to offer the following information to assist you in
booking and planning your tournament. After reviewing, contact us
for any additional information, discuss date availability and to
secure your event.
Tournament Requirements
- A minimum of 24 golfers is required for a group to be considered a tournament and qualify for tournament and meal package pricing.

VIP tee times are available for groups of 8 to 24 golfers with advance booking. If a large tournament is booked on the same day, you will be contacted and given the option to reschedule or be smoothly incorporated into the tournament.

Tournaments with 24 to 59 golfers may be scheduled using tee times depending on course availability. Shotgun starts are available on Mondays and Tuesdays for groups under 60 golfers.

Groups of more than 60 golfers may have a shotgun start. Available shotgun start times are 9:00 am, 10:00 am, or 1:00 pm, pending course availability.

Early Bird bookings with deposits received before April 1, 2026 will receive 10% off golf and banquet pricing, as well as 10% off all regularly priced Pro Shop items. These bookings will also receive four 2026 18-hole golf with cart gift certificates for raffles or gifts.
2026 Tournament Fees
The following Tournament Golf Fees are 18 holes per person with cart*, and applicable when including a meal option with your tournament package. “Golf Only” Tournaments (without onsite meal), will be subject to a 15% price increase. 5 % Gratuity, GST & PST will be added to golf/cart pricing.
